Do you have your MMC?

Your Merchant Marine Credential (MMC) used to be called a Z-Card or MMD. It now has a new name and a new look! Now the MMC looks like a red passport.

Your MMC is designed now to include your Rating or qualifications, your Licenses and STCW Certificate endorsements.

Make sure to download the Physical forms from the Coast Guard site too.

Your completed Application and Physical Evaluation Form, along with any sea-service documentation then gets mailed to the U.S. Coast Guard Regional Examination Center (REC) for processing.
