TWIC Card Process
Most every person working in the port and as a Merchant Marine is required to have a TWIC. You can get yours at a local TWIC Enrollment Office.
Make sure you have a pen and paper handy because you will need to copy down the 10-digit password you must make up during the account set-up section.
By following this link; http://www.tsa.gov/twic you can “Pre-enroll” and set-up your appointment at your local TWIC Enrollment Office.
A couple of weeks later you go back to pick it up!
